Participant is Legally Blind and requires assistance with all daily living. Must always wear custom made boots to stand/walk. DSW's to follow all processes and procedures' in the home and ensure all charts and communication book are completed before concluding a shift.
NOTE: Staff are to provide their own food and drink. If Cathy offers politely decline. Tea and coffee is ok for staff to have but ask Cathy before making one each time. Request to have DSWs that have worked with Cathy previously. Cathy is Legally Blind and requires assistance with all daily living. Must always wear custom made boots to stand/walk.
