DSW's to follow all processes and prodecures in the home and ensure all charts and communication book are completed before concluding a shift.
Inactive Overnight Shift 9pm - 9am NOTE: Staff are to provide their own food and drink. If Cathy offers politely decline. Tea and coffee is ok for staff to have but ask Cathy before making one each time. Request to have DSWs that have worked with Cathy previously.
