Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily personal care and routines as required

Encourage and promote independence, choice, and dignity in all interactions
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate records and report changes in clients’ conditions or needs
Follow individual care plans and ensure services are delivered respectfully and safely
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
Valid full Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR certification
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience supporting clients with diverse needs in community or home settings
Understanding of person-centered care and NDIS frameworks
